Actually, it's more like a dress with four adorably monogrammed balloons and a skirt filled with vibrantly colored balloons and not really at all like 99 Red Balloons. Don't worry it's the English translation of the song. I speak fluent English, some basic French, and have a pretty good grasp of Yorkienese (Rory and Lane dialect). So, sorry, no German, but I do love German chocolate cake.

Definitely keep that last part in mind if you like to “justify” all your purchases on a per wear basis using girl math (total cost of item divided by number of times it can be worn, typically leads to a mere pennies per wear) like I do. Of course, I think all the custom made dresses from go.fetch are priceless anyways!
